I recently had the opportunity to work with 1st Class Valet Parking . I worked with three different crews on 3 separate events. Here is my overall opinion, 1st Class Valet Parking is friendly service and great pricing! I found the crew members to be courteous and professional. Superb team! Helpful, kind and with good attitude. Kevin and his team always make it happen; they make valet run smoothly; they figure out everything on their own, so that the host does not have to worry about anything. Their nice attitude is also a huge plus in today's world where most of the rest forgot about good customer service. These are the hardest working group of employees I've experienced . All are honest and go out of there way to help the Vets parking. Steve an Excellent Manager couldn't be no better. If the owner reading this supply your workers with cold water on that 100 plus temperatures on the hot asphalt especially Summer Months. Not asking it a OSHA Law. Their Valet services were flawless. We had a 3 hour event and they parked 75 cars downtown LA. There were no lines of cars, the valet serviceman/woman were professional, friendly and perfect. My car was safe and secure while it was being moved to the valet parking lot. The driver even helped me carry my bags through the terminal, which made it much easier than if I had had to haul them by myself. It's not always easy to find parking at airports, but when you do, you want it to be safe and secure. Thanks guys! See more See less
